Quotes

All you ever need is a vibration of Well-being.

As your world or your government, or individuals within your government, make decisions about what is better for you, and as they try to protect you from every possible potential experience, your lives become rather cumbersome, don’t they? All you ever need is a vibration of Well-being.

What matters most is how you see yourself.

You don’t have to take the bad with the good. Why include the bad in the vibration? Only include the good in the vibration, and then only the good can come to you.

The other day cleaning the bath I looked up and saw my image in the mirror. My glasses on which I usually do not wear in the bath I saw a woman staring back and did not recognize her. She was old and worn. She looked tired defeated and not the woman I knew. Did life sneak up on me? Is this who I am now? I found myself examining this image completely detached wondering what would I do to change things. Could I change things for this woman and should I change anything?

How do you see yourself?

I have always lived life with an understanding that growing older is natural and trying to fight it changing your appearance was ridiculous. I would never do that because I believed in portraying the honest truthful image of your self. What I did not realize the image I see now is the image I portray to everyone. On a certain level I knew this woman, she was tired old and worn out only because I allowed a bad vibration. The vibrant energetic and creative person I believe I am was still inside and in a single glimpse in the mirror the old woman dissolved away.

Just as anyone would buy pretty new article of clothing jewelry or what would make you feel fabulous with a good vibration radiating out to the world I choose to color my hair. As I do with everything in my life I investigated what would be best for me. Today I changed my look from old to the me I see myself in my mind, with my hair close to what it once was some years ago and I feel so good. Sometimes standing by a belief is good but if you are not allowing the good vibration to flow that is bad.
