Achieve your goal, its time.

Trail through the trees.

“A lot of people don’t have a clearly defined goal and as a result wander through most of their life. It’s time to cast off all doubt, think as big as you can, imagine yourself living your best life and set a goal for yourself. The thought of achieving this goal should make you excited, happy and inspired! Then, decide to do whatever it takes for as long as it takes to achieve this goal no matter what resistance you are met with. The heroes of all time decided to go on a journey that they did not know the outcome of, risked death, faced their worst fear and came out with the prize alive. The path is known, now it’s your turn to walk down towards its unknown end with the faith that you WILL at last achieve your goal!”

– Jackson Kiddard, author & polymath.

Having a hard time of it? Maybe by reading this wonderful quote you can take that step towards achieving that goal. This is my hope for us all. The path ahead is clear and it is worth taking another step down it no matter what you think you have lost. The gain never known for those who never try or stop because it became difficult. Today take another step and find excitement, happiness and inspiration. Bravo I knew you could do it.

Pressing on to follow your dream.

follow your dream...

“The Universe is desperate for you to follow your dreams. You will be surrounded by all the support you need if you choose to see life that way. So many live their life in fear. It’s such a rare moment when one of us wakes up and decides to plunge into the abyss of the unknown that the Universe will rejoice and provide everything you need for a successful journey. There will be obstacles, so it’s your job to decide how to react to each challenge. I promise you if you keep pressing on you will be presently surprised to find out what lies just on the other side of every perceived “failure”.

– Jackson Kiddard, author & polymath.

How many of us have taken a direction in our life only to give up because it is not going the way we have planned? We all have. When you looked back, maybe you are examining  a particular experience now, were you following a plan to achieve your dream, an ultimate goal, or did you let fear in and stop you on your precious journey? Inside your head it screamed your are doomed, you are worthless and the list can go on and on. But why is it the failures we seem to hold on to so tightly? Why do we not instead instantly look back to the successes? I think I may have an answer. Our minds or mental self is our ego. It is where fear and doubt and all the negative feelings dwell. Your mind thrives in the past and plays games with the future. It is easy to believe the voice of the ego after all why would you lie to yourself. I have decided the ego is like a virus that plagues your life. You can choose to allow it to decide the outcome or not.

This is a great quote and one I have read many times. I have struggled with a choice I made years ago and just as it gets to the darkest point and I feel it can never improve I give up. I asked for help from Spirit, nothing. I meditated read more books and still nothing. Watched a bunch of online self-help spiritual gurus, still no answer. Then yesterday while meditating I had a whisper a thought and it said ‘no answer is the answer’ keep going down the path you are on. I do believe there is Spirit guiding our dreams and connecting us to the Universe and ultimately, God. This morning I read this quote which I found on the Daily Love email. Coincidence, maybe, I think it is another whisper. After reading it I decided it is time to press on and overcome the obstacles. This point I am at is all to familiar so I am forging ahead into the unknown. I have sent my ego on a vacation. All that I have read watched and truly believe are now in play. I am not only writing about it. I am living it.

Chasing money or life on purpose?

English: This is a photograph I personally too...
Dr Wayne Dyer

“When I chased after money, I never had enough. When I got my life on purpose and focused on giving of myself and everything that arrived into my life, then I was prosperous.”

Dr.Wayne Dyer, best-selling author, speaker and personal favorite.

How many of us truly understand what this fabulous man is saying? Throughout the years there has been some real low spots in my life and I thank the Source for giving the world men and women like Dr Wayne Dyer. I have read his books and listen to his CD‘s. Mentally I understand exactly what the words are saying. Implementing this into my life has been a struggle. The last few weeks I have experienced exceptionally hard circumstances and I think I might have glimpsed an answer about why. In life at least mine just when things break wide open and life comes pouring in, a heaviness. Things we thought to be true become anchors and for some of us people who like to be in control of our lives it is magnified even more so. I wonder if a snake feels this way as it shed its skin or a newborn just before birth maybe even a flower as it breaks open to show the wonderful beauty of its real self, the flower.

I make functional art and fairy houses and it is my life blood. It is not what I thought I would be doing in my life yet it gives me absolute joy. Marketing and selling does not but it is something I have to do. I love my business and when I sell my things I know that person is receiving my best, a part of my heart is carried within my creation, as it is in all artist work. It is personal.  When I am in the process of creating I understand exactly about life on purpose because I am working from my authentic self. Marketing and selling means working from my ego and when I allow the ego too much room the chase for money is then more important than the work. The lesson here is work with the ego as you would any tool but dwell in the place where your life force resides. This is where you carry faith, trust, love for yourself, joy and compassion. It is time for me to step off the precipice knowing even if I fall into the darkness  I will  sprout wings and fly. At least it is better than where I am now. I need to grow into the next stage in my life and become everything I have ever believed I can be. I really hate when someone say you can’t do that because my response is always just watch me. A very special person in my life knew if I needed a kick all they had to do was say I can’t now Life is saying I can’t do that and I am saying just watch me. Or maybe they are still from the other side.

Are you chasing your tail after money or living on purpose? If you are in the midst of becoming a flower than tell life you want to fly. Join me in the sky doing loop d’ loops. It is a blast up here.

Keep the lines open.

“I cleanse the window of my mind, that it may become a mirror reflecting inspiration from the most High. I do this, not with strenuous effort, but through quiet contemplation, through gently reaching and affirming an inward recognition. Today I walk in the pathway of inspiration. I know exactly what to do in every situation. There is an inspiration within me which governs every act, every thought, with certainty, with conviction and in peace.”

Rain Drops on Lamb's Ear

Ever have one of those times in your day where you seem to suddenly become convinced you are being dragged down in mud or treading water with no land in sight? Today I felt so heavy my bones ached. There was no reason for this, things are moving along for me and I had nothing of really concern in my life. But what had happened is simple. I had disconnected from inspiration. Inspiration is another word for spirit. I had allowed the window of my spirit to become foggy like the mirror in my bath after a morning shower. Yes, I went about my daily activities and business but disconnected. I had no service, no bars.

The solution easily remedied open up the portal and reconnect with spirit or inspiration. Allow the voice in your heart to speak and not the clamoring voice in your head to taunt every action. By finding a place where there is quiet with no interruptions for a mere five minutes can re-establish your connection. Close your eyes and imagine a ball of light glowing and swirling from the center of your body or from the heart area. Form a picture of this ball what colors do you see? Breathe deeply and exhale and with each breath grow the ball of energy until the ball encompasses you and where you sit. Ask your guides angels or ancestors to help you reopen your connection to spirit and to help remove these negative feelings and thoughts you have had about yourself. A sense of well-being and calmness is felt when these feelings of disconnect lift. Give gratitude to your guides and to Spirit for their ever-present help. Allow the light to settle in the heart area open to inspiration. Open your eyes. Done.

It is a daily practice and when I get to involved in my life I tend to not make the time. Without my daily ritual I had shut the door to inspiration. I had forgotten the simplest lesson. Each day I start with meditation for some prayer, and before I start my work I usually did this ritual opening my heart. I know it is always within me that wonderful ball of light. It was my way of showing gratitude to Spirit. When I did not use the connection the mirror became dirty and fogged over. We need this connection open every day to inspiration. Is your line open with five bars or with no bars?
